On Saturday 12th July 2025, we held our much-loved annual garden party, and for the first time in three years, we were blessed with a full day of glorious sunshine! Yes, you read that right, the sun shone all day, and what a difference it made.
The fantastic weather brought a wonderful turnout of visitors, in fact, for the first time ever, we ran out of prizes on both tombola stalls within the first three hours!
Thanks to the generosity of everyone who came along, we raised an incredible £1,122 towards our fundraising goal to purchase a wheelchair-accessible vehicle for our residents. This achievement wouldn’t have been possible without the support of so many.
We’d like to say a heartfelt thank you to:

- Our dedicated staff, who went the extra mile and looked fabulous in costume, bringing so much joy to our residents
- And a special mention to Sheila Duff, who looked absolutely stunning in her beautiful dress, you certainly turned heads!
It was truly a day to remember, and we’re already looking forward to next year.
