Welcome to your February Gazette, the month of wine, flowers and chocolate’s all the things we haven’t indulged in since, erm, well Christmas ?? but enough about that. A huge thank you to every one who has completed and returned the questionnaires the results can be found at the back of this newsletter. We will look at the individual comments made on the questionnaires in the coming weeks but if you would like to speak to Carol or myself in the mean time about your compliments, comments or complaints then please pop into the office when you next visit we are more than happy to discuss these with you. December 2018 Newsletter
Welcome to our final gazette of 2018, it feels like we have blinked and the year has gone and here we are at Christmas again. The maintenance team have started the decoration works which will be ongoing for the next few weeks to make the home nice and Christmassy. We also two new guardsmen polar bears by the front door standing watch. We have lots of activities planned over the next few weeks for all the staff and residents with the final focal point being our Annual Christmas Party on the 22nd December 2018. The party is open for all residents, staff, family and friends to attend. Also all children will receive a goody bag from one of Santa’s little helpers. So don’t forget your party outfits or if your feeling brave fancy dress costumes and get ready to PARTY!!!. Thank you to everyone who has donated prizes to the charity Tombola and Raffle in aid of the Lifeboat and Air Ambulance you have been very generous. Some of the prizes donated include a lovely Christmas Hamper and 2 Tickets to the Panto at the Hippodrome in January (thank you Hippodrome and Debbie Sangha). ……..

Is it too early to mention the C word?? No is it safe? Plans are underway for our festive period with lots of activities and entertainment planned for all.
