The summer season has finally started and we had our wettest day trip yet. On Wednesday 11th May we spent the day at Windsor. We started with lunch in Café Rouge followed by a visit to Windsor Castle. The Queen was in residency during our visit but she didn’t catch a glimpse of her unfortunately. However the residents really enjoyed the tour of the State rooms. We had been worried that the trip may have been too far but seeing the smiles of the residents faces and listening to them express how much fun they had made it all worth while.
