CQC Engagement and Support Call

We recently completed a telephone engagement and support call with the CQC in response to the Covid-19 pandemic. Currently the CQC are not undertaking routine inspections services through the pandemic and will instead be maintaining contact with providers through existing monitoring arrangements and by undertaking engagement and support calls.
